Version 2026-07-31. Last updated 31 July 2026.
The short version. Pryt suggests an order of priority and explains its reasoning. It does not make decisions for you and it is not professional advice of any kind. Every choice, and every consequence of that choice, stays yours. The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or USD 50.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Pryt ("Pryt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Pryt. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use Pryt in connection with an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Pryt is a personal prioritisation tool. You tell it what is on your plate; it proposes an order and explains why, using automated language processing. That is the whole of the service.
Pryt is not, and must not be relied upon as:
If you are in crisis or facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Pryt cannot help with that and is not monitored.
Pryt's suggestions are produced by automated systems. Automated systems can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Pryt may misread what you wrote, misjudge what matters, miss something important, or rank badly.
You are solely responsible for every decision you take and every action you do not take, whether or not Pryt suggested it. Verify anything that carries consequence before you act on it. Never let Pryt's ordering displace a legal deadline, a contractual obligation, a regulatory duty, a safety requirement or professional advice you have received.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for everything done through your account. Three wrong PINs in a row lock the account for a short period, and the wait grows if attempts continue.
If you forget your PIN, or your account is locked, you can reset it yourself by proving you know both the email address and the mobile number you saved at sign-up. A successful reset also lifts the lock immediately. Both values are held only as one-way hashes, so we cannot read them and cannot send you a code or a link. A reset signs you out on every device. We cannot restore an account or its contents once deleted. Choose a PIN you will remember and will not reuse elsewhere.
If you can no longer reset it yourself, an administrator can set a new PIN on your account as a last resort, so that forgetting a PIN does not cost you everything you have saved. This also means an administrator is technically able to sign in to your account and see what is in it. We do not do this for any other reason and not without a request from you, and setting a new PIN signs out every existing device. If that possibility is not acceptable to you, do not put anything in Pryt you would not want an administrator to be able to read.
You agree not to:
We may apply fair-use limits, and we may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or creates risk for the service or other users.
What you feed into Pryt remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store and display it strictly to operate the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit.
We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the service, or these Terms, at any time. If a change is material we will make it visible in the app. Pryt is not guaranteed to be available, uninterrupted, timely or error-free, and we do not promise any particular uptime. We may perform maintenance without notice. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
If a paid plan is offered, its price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you buy. Unless the law where you live says otherwise, fees are non-refundable and amounts already paid for a period in progress are not pro-rated on cancellation. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that Pryt's output is accurate, complete, suitable or fit for any purpose, or that the service will meet your requirements or be secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
These limits apply even if we were told the loss was possible, and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or requires a different governing law, in which case that mandatory right is unaffected.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at singhal.accuron@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, unless a longer period is required by law. Claims must be brought individually; there is no class or representative action.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force and that provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the service. Sections 3, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
