The short version. Pryt keeps your goals, your commitments and how you tend to work, so it can tell you what deserves your attention next. It does not keep identity documents, payment details or medical information, and it filters those out automatically. Your email and mobile number are kept in scrambled form for one purpose only: proving it is you if you forget your PIN. Your information is never sold and never used for advertising. You can delete everything, instantly, from your profile screen inside the app. One exception we state plainly in section 10: if you lock yourself out, an administrator can set a new PIN so you are not shut out of your own record, and that same ability would let an administrator read it.
Pryt ("Pryt", "we", "us") operates this service and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy, including any request about your information, at singhal.accuron@gmail.com. We answer data requests within 30 days.

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. The browser storage above is functional. It keeps you signed in and lets the app continue through a temporary loss of connection. The session token, display name, cached actions and brief, and any queued edits are removed from that browser when you sign out. Until then, anyone who can use that browser profile may be able to see the cached information, so sign out on a shared device.
By design, Pryt is not built to hold information that could harm you if it were ever exposed. We do not ask for, and take active steps to remove:
An automated filter removes patterns matching the above from what you submit before it is processed or stored, and the service is instructed never to write such details into your records. In addition, an automated sweep runs every week across stored records and redacts anything of this kind that slipped through. No filter is perfect. If something slips through, delete the affected action inside the app, or delete your account to remove everything at once.
Please do not enter this kind of information. Pryt does not need it and cannot use it.
Pryt is for adults. It is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Pryt ranks and recommends; every decision remains yours.
We use a small number of service providers who process information strictly on our instructions, under contract, and only to make Pryt work:
Payments. If you subscribe, the payment page is hosted by Stripe and your card details are entered on Stripe's systems, never ours. We never see, receive or store a card number. What we keep is a Stripe identifier, your subscription status and its renewal date, so we know whether your plan is active.
What we send to the language processing provider is your filtered text, your recorded actions and your working-patterns summary. It is processed to produce your response. It is not used to train their models. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or social networks. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Because of the providers above, your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States and India. Where a transfer is made from the UK or EEA, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.
We keep your information for as long as your account exists, because the whole point of Pryt is that it remembers your context. When you delete your account, your account, actions, working-patterns answers, brief and everything you fed in are deleted immediately from our live database. Ordinary provider backups may retain copies for a short period before rotating out, typically no more than 30 days. Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity and no later than 30 days after sign-in.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your information, to withdraw consent, to receive a copy in a portable form, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in the UK or EEA and you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your PIN is stored only as a bcrypt hash and is never held in readable form. Repeated wrong attempts lock the account temporarily. All traffic is encrypted in transit. Your records are reachable only through an authenticated server session, and the browser is never given a database key or the ability to name another user's records. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your PIN to yourself and use one you do not reuse elsewhere.
We should be straight with you about the one exception. If you lock yourself out and can no longer prove your identity with the email and mobile you saved, an administrator can set a new PIN on your account so you are not locked out of your own record forever. Because a PIN is all that stands between a person and an account, that same ability means an administrator could sign in and read what is in your account.
We restrict this in the ways that we can: the ability is limited to the people who run Pryt, it is used only to restore access at your request, and setting a new PIN immediately signs out every device that was signed in. We cannot promise a technical impossibility here, so we are telling you the truth instead. Nothing you write is read as a matter of course, and if this possibility is not acceptable to you, please do not store anything in Pryt you would not want an administrator to be able to read.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will ask for your consent again inside the app before you continue. The version number at the top tells you which version you agreed to.
